After effects not opening after dynamic link from premiere pro

Hey all,

I made a projects in premiere pro the opened and started working in after effect through dynamic link. 
2 days later ive tried opening the after effects project and it just keep freezing the not responding when trying to open!

How do i fix this?

Sorry for your issue.

What's the version of After Effects and Premiere Pro are you using? Does the After Effects start working properly after some time or do you've to quit it using Task Manager or Activity Monitor? Also, are you able to open the Premiere Pro project?

You could try importing the After Effects project into a fresh project.
