After Effects Not Playing

Hi please help,

I am trying to play and render an edit and my after effects has all of a sudden stopped playing at the time stamp 53:18. It plays and renders fine up until then and then it freezes and won't play or render. I have tried multiple things and they aren't working please help.

Maybe try deleting your disk cache.

Mac: Go to After Effects/Preferences/Media and disk cache and empty and clean the cace.

Same procedure for Windows but to to Edit/Preferences/Media and disk cache.

I already did and it made no difference.
