After effects photoshop file import issue

New Here ,

Hi Everyone! normally I don't use forms like this but I'm starting to get a little desperate so I hope some of you can help me.

Recently I am facing an issue where whenever I want to import a PSD file with seperate layers into After Effects it stops working. The program doesn't freeze and I can still push all the buttons but it does not show any of the imported layers in the preview panel, does not want to play the time line and crashes when I try to quit After effects.

The weird thing is that is only happens to a certain PSD file. I have allready tried to make a new PSD and copy all of the elements to the new file, save it and tried to import it but that also didn't work. After I tried to get rid of all the complex layers in the photoshop file, like the color grading, strokes and dropshadows so all the layers are rasterized but still the same issue is appearing.

I did update AE yestereday but when I deinstalled the update and tried again it also did not work. I did update all the drivers of my graphics card and Intel. I have deinstalled en reinstalled AE, deleted all the cache and changed the audio settings of AE which was recommendend on an other article.

Attached I put a screenshot of what my AE looks like when I import the file and a screenshot of the photoshop file.

it looks a very complicated scene, and some time this takes long time in AE to load even if it's imported well, just try to wait for a few minutes, and it should be work.
