I have such a problem when downloading After Effects plug-ins, it gives a loading error for hours.

The plugin in your screen shot is for Premiere Pro. But I think you're saying the download/install is not completing?

no , all plugins not dowland , creative could plugin is loading, but not loading . ı dont understand this problem .
