After Effects png sequence error

I'm trying to make a video with a lot of png photos, but I get an error like the picture.

File names were set in order to 0001.png.

I don't think there's a problem with my file, what's the reason? I also installed a new version of the program, but I keep getting errors.

Do you mind sharing a screenshot that shows the PNG sequence in Windows Explorer/Finder? Also, a screenshot of the import dialogue box?

I'm currently using mac. I used the media encoder on my Windows laptop to change it to jpg and press the sequence, and it runs. But it doesn't work on my laptop in the same way. I also made sure to match the names of the files. What's the problem?
