After Effects Preview only 4 frames no matter the load

My After Effects will only play 4 frames with previewing. I do not understand what the issue is. I have allocated ram and disk cache and purged everything. I've Rebooted. I cannot figure it out. Weather I have nothing in a comp. Simple Footage. Or intense Graphics it will only play 4 Frames Please help!!!!

Open Preferences/Memory and Performance and set the memory allocated to other applications to a whole number multiple of 4 GB. Modern computer systems don't like odd-sized pipelines opened up in their bus system. I have mine set to 4 or 8. Setting it to 3, 5, 6, or 7 results in terrible playback.

Are you using any third-party plug-ins? If so, does it help if you disable them in your project?

Video Copilot Element 3d 2.2. I tried opening a brand new project with no files, no plugins, and just playing a blank comp the issue still persists.

Same problem here after install v22.5 and still has no solution.
I've just returned to v22.1.1 so i can use it.
