After Effects slowing the pace of video

This is my first time using AE and so far its going good until exporting comes around. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGANvIjrRW0 I exported it the same way he did but once I put into Premire Pro the video jumped from 30 seconds to 12 minutes. The exported video goes one frame every second making it really slow while the audio is perfectly normal. Have I done something wrong with the keyframing or is it just a bug?
