the after effects program suddenly started to crash on my laptop.
When I am making a composition, suddenly the screen where the work is seen stops working correctly since it does not turn black, it is as if only that part gets stuck because I even add more elements in the composition, it is not seen on the screen but in the layers yes.
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I even tried installing previous versions, clear cache and temporary files and nothing.
El programa after effects de repente empezo a fallar en mi laptop.
Cuando estoy realizando una composición de repente la pantalla donde se ve el trabajo deja de funcionar correctamente ya que no se pone negra, es como si se quedar trabada solo esa parte pues incluso agrego más elementos en la composición, no se ve en pantalla pero en las capas si.
Ya intente desinstalar y reinstalar, incluso probe instalando versiones anteriores, borre cache y archivos temporales y nada.
