I am creating a video for work. I was supplied a template that I edited in After Effects and it all looks correct there, but when I go to add the file into Premiere Pro only a fraction of the video shows. I have tried searching online for answers, but nothing is helping. Both frames are the same size, the scale feature doesn't fix it, and I've started over from scratch twice. Attached is a screenshot of how the .mogrt file is displaying in premiere pro and even when I export it. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this. The template directions are also no help. I'm not sure where it came from as I was given the file by my boss.

Try opening the MOGRT in After Effects. Just Open, select the Mogrt (it may not be highlighted), then click Extract. If AE opens the project, switch to the Essciantian Graphics workspace and start poking around in the workspace. If everything looks normal, try setting a new Poster Frame and exporting a new MOGRT.
If that does not work, paste or drag screenshots to your next post showing the critical problem layers. Please simply drag or paste the screenshots to your post instead of using the Drag and drop... button so we don't have to download them.

I'm new to After Effects. Do you mind telling me how to set a new poster frame? Also, what do you mean by critical problem layers? Is that the expression errors at the bottom of the preview in After Effects?

If you are in the Essential Graphics workspace, you will see the option to set a poster frame in the Panel you use to edit the MOGRT.
By problem layers, check the comp to see if there are any obvious problems by soloing layers and digging through the project. If you find a problem layer or something is not working like you think it should select the layer and press the 'u' key twice. This will show all of the modified properties on the layer.
These projects can be very complex. Sometimes, you have to dig through a dozen or so nested comps (pre-comps) to find and fix problems. There are thousands of different ways to create a MOGRT. Without seeing the UI and understanding the workflow, it's pretty difficult even to guess where a problem lies.
