After effects to media encoder not working

Is anyone else having issues with After effects when trying to render out? I can only render once before having to do a full laptop restart! Needless to say it's slowing me down somewhat. Seems to be since the new OSX update came in.

Yes I am having the same issue. I am using both compatible program versions (22). It will not automatically send the exported file to the media encoder?? UGHHH
