After effects v16 project to v15

Hello everyone,

I have the following issue, a client send me an after effects project version 16 (the latest). I have the all apps subscription but it doesn't go up to v16 because I am on a windows 7 machine. I truly do not want to upgrade to windows 10! Is there a workaround to this (without asking the client to save as a previous version)

i don't think their are any other solution than save as previews version.

sorry I am new to the forums, is there any chance I can send the file to someone in Adobe and they send it back as v15?

I don't think so - and in general, this is not a good idea to giving away client data to someone third.

Ask the client to save the project in v15 - what's the matter with this?

I agree I would only send the file to the official adobe support
