After Effects version 18 and 18.0.1 crashing at launch

None of the new version 18 18.01 is loading and its all crashing at start. heaps of crashing files in my desktop??

• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
• How do you launch After Effects - by clicking a project file or by clicking its icon?
• Do you get any error message or crash report?
