After Effects version 25.0.1 freezing and crashing

Hi Guys,

After Effects version 25.0.1 freezing and crashing again and again. Even with simple file. Somtime when working and sometime when rendering. What should I do?

Anyone facing this problem?

Using MackBook Pro

Chip: Apple M3 Max

Memory: 128 GB

macOS Sonoma Version 14.5

Does it crash with all the project files or a particular one? Do you see any error messages or crash reports? If it shows a crash report after the crash, please provide your email ID to it and submit. We'll be able to find your crash report on our end.

Not for particular one project but it is happning for different projects. Yes! it is showing a crash report after the crash and report sending to Apple after click on reopen option. My Adobe CC account mail ID: personal info removed by Mod.

Was that a crash reporter from Adobe? It looks like the one in the screenshot. If you get this reporter, please send it. If it's a different kind of crash report, please copy and paste that here.

Its not the same as you shared. Its different kind of report. During render AE freezed. After sometime I clicked on force quit. Report attached

This is occurring with me as well with a brand new mac studio m2.  I feel like it happens when those stupid tips pop up next to "learn" or whatever and i have a render dialog box open.
