Hello. I have been asked to create a motion graphic using brand identity standards (text/fonts, color, logo, etc) with product renderings and product support files (which have been created in Photoshop). The final .mp4 file will be about a minute and half long. I am familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator but new to this type of animation. Would it be best/more efficient to work in After Effects or Premiere Pro?

Entirely depends on what you need to be doing. Simply chopping together the prepared files would be doen more easily in Premiere, including simple transitions, but of course more fancy stuff like write-on text, complex motion and so on will be better done in AE. Hard to say without seeing your artwork and storyboard.

Definitely AE would be well suited for this.
Premiere is for video editing not really motion graphics like you've attached.
