After Effects Window not Window not working.

So I open After Effects, I make a new project, composition, etc.

When I try to open a window, it doesn't work.

I click on:

Window->Effects&Presets or I press CTRL 5
but it won't open. I click on it 10000 times, it won't work.

I managed to get it working choosing the standard layout, but I need some other plugins, such as Datamosh, or Color Themes, or Universe. I click on the window but it won't work.

Any solution?

That's strange.

Are you on a dual-monitor setup? If so, what happens if you remove the secondary one. Also, you could try resetting the preferences. Here's how: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-...

Yes, I am on a Dual Monitor setup, I tried removing the other one, I resented the preferences, but it is the same. Don't see the window pop up.

What happens if you try another workspace? What happens if you reset your workspace? Have you tried trashing your preferences? 

System, OS, and AE version info would help. A screenshot showing the problem and the modified properties of the problem layer revealed (press 'uu') would also help.

* The "Drag & Drop here..." area is buggy and should not be used to share images. Please use the toolbar or just drag your images to the reply field.

Tried on a different workspace, didn't work, reset my workspace, and still didn't work.

Ae version: 17.5.0(Build 40)

System:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K Kabby Lake CPU @ 3.60GHz

RAM:: 16.00 GB DDR4, 2133MHz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, 6GB GDDR5

Solid State Drive: 512GB

Hard Disk: 2TB

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro x64

After Effects is on my SSD.
