After Effects won't open.

After Effects project won't open. I went on a customer support call for 2 hours and still the guy couldnt figure out the issue. This has happened twice before but never got solved. I had this issue with different footage and different cameras. I just had to redo an entire project and I'm close to cancelling all my adobe subscriptions.

My operating system is Windows 10. This has only happened before when I tried to use any kind of dynamic link with AE and Premiere. (Both the premiere and AE projects will keep loading forever) I've avoided using it until now because I wanted to try it again and see if I could ever use it.

Having the same issue, program will not even respond, will go to launch and it doesnt even show up in task manager. 
pc specs are more than enough
