After Effects won't open

Hello.

I have just purchased a monthly subscription of After Effects.

But now when I try to open it, it doesn't open but instead tries to check my lecinse.

It just gets stuck on a white box with the message 'please wait for a moment' and a spinning wheel.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

AE Version 15.11 (which I just updated)

I am rinning a Mac Book Pro 15 inch mid 2015

2.5 GHZ

The solutions apply to licensing issues as well. Signing out of the CC App and signing back in would be the first thing to do. If the issues persist, providing the relevant logs as mentioned on that page would be useful.
