Hi all,
An issue i've been facing every now and then recently. I am, and have been working on an animation for several weeks now. I always export through Media Encoder. However, I am finding that at times when I go to export via Me, it will open Me up, but does not process it any further, so no file type/destination can be given to then export.
Had an Adobe expert take over the other night due to this issue, which initially resolved it. But it's decided to start again. Anyone having similar issues? Need any further info, ask away. I am completely up to date on versions on both programmes.

A LOT of people have had this problem. What fixed it for me was just playing around with it, opening the file in different ways like navigating through the explorer through ME. Might not work for you and I can't give you a definitive answer, but I think some people here do know how to fix that.

But does it send it to the Adobe Media Encoder? And once being in the AME, did you try to change the GPU acceleration?
Give us some technical information about your system.

Hi Bryon,
Thanks for the response. Honeslty, im not massively technical with it all, i've never really had an issue when exporting, so have only needed to know the bits needed to animate. When I click 'add to media encoder queue' I get the following (screenshot attached) once Me opens up. That's it, nothing else, so not sure what to change / where.
Usually, im presented with the file in a blue hyperlink on the right, where I choose my designated save location and I click the green play button.
Thanks

This is where you can change the GPU acceleration (screenshot). Try adjusting something other than the one you currently have.
