After y Media Encoder atajo - After y Media Encoder shortcut

Hey, everybody, I hope you’re okay.

I tell you that a few weeks ago I had a problem with the export shortcut of after a Media econder, simply the shortcut does not work and I must export through the composition window.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Les cuento que hace unas semanas he tenido un problema con el atajo de exportación de after a media econder, simplemente el atajo no funciona y debo hacer la exportación por la ventana de composición.

Para que funcione el atajo de teclado debes confirmar que tienes instaladas las mismas versiones de ambas aplicaciones, por ejemplo, AE 2021 y AME 2021.

In additon to making sure that your apps are up to date you may want to reset preferences.

Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching After Effects. You can release the Alt or Option key when the splash screen appears. To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Control-Shift-Alt (Windows) or Command-Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting.

Hi!

Recently looked for this, but even if i press the "ALT" while opening After Effects the shortcut still not responding. I do have the latest version of both programs. Does anyone tried another solution?

Anyways thanks for the help!
