Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix preview settings on AE. For example, videos that have been formatted are showing up unformatted on the preview, same with applied effects etc. Its not like this once the video is rendered but i would like to fix the preview settings so it shows the final version. It used to. I closed and re-opened and can't get it back. Ive tried clearing my cache and updating system. Please let me know! Thanks

If you are a Windows user, you also update the graphic card driver. Would you check the aspect ratio of Edit menu > Composition Settings?

Thank you for your reply! I was able to figure it out, I had moved some content from my desktop into a folder so the preview was glitching because it could no longer source the content. /// While were on it, is there anyway around this? To not have to keep so many files on my desktop.. ? Is there a way to load everything in once and no longer have to store it on your computer but continue editing? Thanks!
