AfterFX.exe Entry Point Not Found

I just downloaded Adobe After Effects and when I opened it it displayed 'AfterFX.exe Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point PF_GetSampleQualityPixelSupport could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2014\Support Files\RG.ddl.'  I tried to run as administrator and then in on compatibility mode but it just said the same thing.

Processor: Intel Pentium CPU G2030 @ 3.00GHz

RAM: 4.00GB

System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

This issue occurs when installation of Visual Studio 2012 runtime fails while installing Adobe Premiere Elements. To resolve this issue, do one of the following to install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4.

• Install Windows updates.
• Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from Microsoft Download Centre and manually install the runtime.
