Am trying to create something like this on AF but am out of ideas

Hi, this is my first post here. Let me know if this is out of place, I have been trying to create something like this on AF, but i don't know how I have been trying with a displacement map, but I am not getting there
any tip I would appreciate a lot.

Effects --> Generate --> Radio Waves. Of course what you have actually looks like a blend in Illustrator, so you may try that as well.
