Hello!
Well, I have an RX 570 4GB and a Ryzen 5 2600X that I use for playing AAA games and editing at AE. Recently, when I was going to open After Effects, my PC froze for a while and then a black screen appeared by about 6 seconds and them AE crashed. I suppose that can be Cinema 4D, because one time it had appeared a similar error and with a error message of Cine4D. Can you guys help me?
Sorry for my bad english XD

Thanks for getting back.
Outdated GPU driver could cause such issues. Try updating the GPU driver and see if it brings any change. If it doesn't, try resetting the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-...
Let us know if it helps.
Thanks,
Nishu
