I am not familiar with that app/extension. If you used an installer, it may include an uninstaller. If it is an extension, it may show up in the Window/Extensions menu. If it is there, you can start digging through the Application folder/Extensions and look for it. It also may be a script. You can find scripts at the bottom of the Window menu and sometimes also in the File/Scripts menu. If there is no uninstaller, you can dig through the Application folder under Scripts.
If you just want to close the panel, you can select it and press Ctrl/Cmnd + w. If it is a background app, you should be able to find it using the Task Manager (Windows) or the Activity Monitor for Mac users.
