applying animation presets at the same time

hey, im trying to apply a animation preset to multiple effects at once without having to go to the start of every one of the clips in the comp.  does anyone know if thats possible, and if so how do i?

You need to be much more specific and show us a screenshot as well as provide info on what preset(s) you are even referring to. Different presets have different behaviors and may require different methodologies.

I suggest you apply all of the Animation Presets you want to use to a layer, then select the Effects and Transform properties only (not the sliders or effects controls) on the layer and save a new animation preset. 

 

I have created many custom animation presets that include several effects, automated position, scale, rotation changes, layer styles, and timing options. If it can be animated or turned on, you should be able to create your own custom preset. You just have to remember to select the top category of every effect so any custom names will be retained.
