Audio delayed after rendering

Hey guys, so I just did some editing and in After Effects itself in the preview the audio is matching perfectly no problem, but when i render and look insinde my desktop folder for finished rendered videos and preview it the audio is delayed by like 10 seconds, I really don't know what to do so any help would be a livesaver thank you.

Your framerates look weird. 32.something is not a standard production framerate. Check your comp framerate, footage interpretation and of course the render settings and make sure everything matches and is in alignment with established practices.
