big crash after effect

I've been having a major issue with After Effects since today with all types of files. Sometimes I can work, but often the program crashes abruptly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and the update is fine. I have the Motion Bro plugin with the latest update... I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have a solution? I got a message once about a problem with the "fill" asset... but honestly, it doesn't change anything... Thanks for your help.

Sorry hear about the crash.

Do you see any crash report post crash or any error messages? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Try running After Effects in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled.

Is there a specific action or command that triggers the issue, or is it random? Does it happen in all the projects? What are the details of the footage (frame rate, frame size, format/codec) you're working with? Also, what are your system specs? The details would help us to diagnose the issue.

Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)

System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090

All the projects have bugs; I can open them, but then After Effects crashes. I have a bug report that I can send you, but it won't attach. This is becoming very urgent. I have reinstalled it several times, and my update is up to date.

Hello, I still have the same issue after having my PC checked and upgrading to Windows 11 with a complete reinstallation of my entire system, so it's clear the problem comes from your products. I'm experiencing issues with After Effects and Premiere Pro, mainly blue screens with error code 0x00000050... You really need to provide me with a solution quickly now, as I cannot work under these conditions. Thank you.
