Can't find Alpha Matte and Track Matte in After Effects

Sou iniciante no programa, e não consigo achar no alpha matte no meu after effects, nem na aba track matte, alguem saberia me dizer como habilitar?

The second icon in the bottom left corner of the timeline toggles the switches/modes column in the timeline. That is where you will find the Track Matte feature and icons. It looks like two circles that intersect.

Here's the button Rick mentions:

If you wish to, you can also right-click on any of the column names and in the pop-up menu, go to the Columns option and turn both track mattes and modes to be separate.  You lose a bit of real estate, but it can be handy when learning the software.
