Can't lunch After Effect

Hey all,
I'm new to the software and download it via adobe cloud. Unfortunately software doesn’t open!
Everytime i try to open it i get the same message  - I attach it here -

Please help i really want to learn after effects 😞

I already tried to uninstall and install the software .... nothing change :(((

Can you give us some information about your computer? Does your machine meet the minimum system requirements?

By the end i solved it with the support of Adobe, the problem was files that were on the folders of media catch or something like that. Thank you for your help.
