Can't open after effects... After effects warning: Unknown Exception

After effects is now launching I disabled all fonts and all plugins and reset the prefrences
I deleted the cache and did every possible thing but nothing is working
I unistalled and installed
I tried multiple versions
please help what can I do more?

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Could you share a screenshot of the error?
