Can't open After effects, why is it so bad? It's not even a free software.

I can't open it, it freezes while "Initializing MediaCore", sometimes I got lucky and opened it but it freezes and shut down by itself. I checked the internet but there are no proper answers about why it happens.

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the After Effects forum for you where the AE Experts will be able to assist.

Was it working and then stopped, or is this a new installation?

Does your computer meet the recommended system requirements?

can use the same account on another computer, and now I've switched to a new computer that's way better. All other Adobe software is working fine except for After Effects, which won't launch. I've tried reinstalling, rebooting, and ensuring no plugins are installed. I've also explored various online solutions without success. I urgently need After Effects for a project, and this issue is severely impacting my work progress.
