Can’t open after effects

Hey so I cant open after effects because the sapphire bundle is missing. They say I should reinstall the sapphire plugins to fix the problem but no matter how many times I reinstall it it wont work. I would really appreciate if someone could help me.

try to ask borisfx support as your issue is related to a third-party plugin, also try to remove the plugin totally and so a fresh install

Why is it related to the third party if the plugins are gone/deleted/uninstalled? It is after effects that seems to have an issue now that the plugin is gone and will not operate. Shouldn't Adobe be able to help with fixing the After Effects issue? How can we continue to use after effects now that this third-pary plugin has been uninstalled and deleted?

Podrías intentar desinstalando After Effects de preferencia con la Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool para que no quede rastro de nada y luego reinstala Ae y el paquete de plugins de Borisfx.
