Can't see preview and changes in viewer

Hi
today , when i work with after effects i cant see any changes in my project viewer after once play.

I also clear the cache and purge memory. But the problem remains.

Hi Ali,

That is strange! Sorry for your issue. Please share the following details:

• What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
• What's the exact version of After Effects you're using?
• Does it happen in all the projects?

You can try the following:

1. Reset the preference of After Effects.
2. If that doesn't help, disable the Hardware Accelerated Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels in After Effects Preferences > Display.
