Can't seem to remove text from background

This clip I have (inlcluded below 1 frame jpeg) is about 20 seconds long and I cannot seem to remove the text from the bottom right. I've used content aware fill and that always leaves artifacts and just doesn't do a good job. When the guitar moves up and down, there's always a smidge of the white left here and there. Also, have tried cloning and just trying to paint it out - but it never looks perfect. I'm new to this and this seems like a miniscule problem for which I'm probably missing a simple solution.
