Can't start After Effects - DLL files error

Hello,
I'm not able to start After Effects and I get the messages in the files below when trying to. I'd love some help on what to do to solve this issue. It's basically saying that it can't find the procedure start adress in the following DLL-files. I also attached computer details, let me know if there's something missing. Thanks.

What's the exact version of After Effects you're using? In addition to what Mylenium said, please check if any updates are available for the OS.

It's the latest version, 23.2.1. I've tried different ones to see if it would be any different but sadly not. 

I tried updating my system's graphics driver without any luck. No updates available.
