can't use effects

I can't use an effect called S_blurmocurves because it is only showing me load preset, save preset and help in the effect controls panel. When I tried to play the clip with the effect it shows me a strange red screen. I am new to after effects I need solutions please help.

Thanks for reaching out! What message do you see when you click the yellow warning sign next to the effect in the Effect Controls panel? Please also ensure that your Borisfx Sapphire plug-ins are correctly installed and up-to-date. Sometimes, paid third-party plugins require you to sign up or enter the serial key for the plugin to work.
