Can't use the pan tool or dolly tool through the active camera

Can't use the pan tool or dolly tool through the active camera because of this error.

This is weird because even though I change the position, point of interest, and rotations I still can't use the pan tool or dolly tool. The rotation tool does work though. My camera is a two node camera.
