Cannot move camera After Effects

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to move my camera so that in the view on the left, the object is in the middle rather than the lower third of the frame but it won't let me. Please watch the video below and offer any help if you can!

Try selecting only the Position property from the Layer Name column.
