Hey there

I'm working on a project supplied by another designer and it's using CC Cylinder, I'm getting constant crashes,

A bit of background he had tiled it by using about 20 layers, to work around this I just rendered out one and brought that back into the project, but now even trying to render one is causing crashing

Sorry to hear about the crash. Are there any error messages or crash reports? Does removing the CC Cylinder effect stop crashing? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?

Looking forward to your response. Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.

Thanks,
Nishu

Hi Thanks for the reply,

The project had CCcylinder on multiple layers, so I switched off all but 1, to render that and re import the render, but even on 1 I was still getting random crashing,

Can you try removing/disabling all of them? This way, we can be sure if the CC Cylinder is causing the issue or if something else needs to be checked. If you can, please share the project file so that I can test. Feel free to share it via DM if you do not want to share it publicly.

Let us know.

Thanks,
Nishu
