hello, can you tell me which after effect version has cc power pin and cc glass effect?

is it available on adobe cs 5?

I don't recall. CS4 and CS5 were a long time ago and I do not think either is available from Adobe even if you own licenses for them both. If you have registered your products and go to your Adobe user account, you will see downloads for all available products. My available downloads go back to the Adobe Master Collection of 2012 which is CS5, but I don't have any machines that are running an OS that will run that collections. There is no option to buy any older version of After Effects since the subscription plan began.

Assuming you have the retail version of After Effects from an Adobe authorized reseller, yes, CC Power Pin and CC Glass are included with After Effects CS5.

As you may already be aware, the plug-ins that show "CC" at the start of the name were published by CycoreFX.  They have been included with After Effects since version 6.5.

After Effects CS4 with CC Power Pin and CC Glass applied to Solid Layer.
