I want to check if a composition uses some media or not so I can safely delete them.
Anyone knows how?
I thought about making media offline but I can't find an option for that so considering this a suggestion?
The best way to do this is to use the File > Dependencies > Reduce Project. This command removes all the items not used inside the selected composition (maintaining precomps). Another useful command is File > Dependencies > Remove Unused Footage.
Anyway, if you want to review clip by clip, you can select them in the project panel. Then you will find a drop down menu over the name of the file (thumbnail area). This dropdown menu indicates you if the selected file is used and even in what compos
