Cinema 4D asking for sign in

Hi - I try to Launch Cinema 4D and it does this

How do I get round this?

Any info appreciated

(AE Beta 22.5 and AE 22.3 - Mac OS)

You need to register with Maxon. It's free and used to be optional, but has become mandatory in the last few releases to keep track of updates and new releases:
