Color_Diff.aex causing project to crash at launch

I'm working in 24.0.3 (Build 2) and have to disable the effect for it to open the project. The project was effect and project were both running a couple days ago.

What changed? 

Can you provide a previous version if it has changed?

Nothing has changed about that effect in many years. So I'd ask, what changed on your machine? OS update? GPU Driver update? The comp or project?

Those are all very reasonable questions that could affect it, but I honestly believing that I have all updates to be manual. I'd have to say none has changed to my knowledge. Unless a update setting slipped me. Will have to look at update time/dates.
