Complete and searchable User Manual?

As a long time user, most of the time I don't need any help.

But as soon as I do, I get stuck in the online resources.

There does not seem to be a complete online manual/documentation for After Effects.

We are directed to the communities, and general support databases.

E.g.

1 - Choose After Effects Help... in the  Help Menu

2 - this redirects to the support site, choose 'User Guide' (right button)

3 - See how the Search field is not for this Guide, but for 'Adobe Support'

4 - Type 'Layer Styles'

5 - See how no relevant search results show up. (the 2nd result even loops back to 2)

Does anyone know where to find the manual, without irrelevant user experiences and reports?

It doesn't exist. This is a regular complaint even among us Adobe Community Experts as we struggle just as much to find things to direct users to the correct resources. Unfortunately there's no improvement for this in sight, at least in the short term.
