Composition off screen - hand tool wont work

My composition is stuck on the corner of the screen and i'm unable to move it back to the center (see video attached)

anybody got a solution?

restarting or resetting preferences didn't work but holding down shift while dragging with the had tool somehow worked. I'm unable to reproduce what happend though. Anybody got any ideas what happend?

Shift + / will fill the comp panel. It looks like the Magnification factor for the Composition Panel is set to a very low percentage. 

If that does not do it try double-clicking on your workspace in the toolbar or use the Window/Workspace/Reset Workspace menu.
