Constant error after last update

AFTER 23.2.1

Win10

 

The program has been closing constantly and in the log these are always the last messages:

 

[2023-03-01_18-52-05][15992][Error] [console] [RecentStore-2] [getRecents] Error trying to retrieve recents TypeError: recents.forEach is not a function

[2023-03-01_18-52-07][18228][Error] [general] a drag preview bitmap couldn't created

I'm having the exact same issue with the same logs. This is becoming extremely frustrating. Adobe Support please help us out here.

Same exact error messages. I have to start premiere 20+ times in order for it to start. Constant crashing crashing crashing then it will magically start after 20+ tries. I waste literal hours of my day just trying to get the program Ipay for to work
