Convert a motion to frame-by-frame keyframes

Hi,

 

I am going to add some objects to a frame by frame animation. I added a transition motion to one of the objects, and now I want to generate keyframes in between per frame. 

How is it possible?

Apply an expression to the property by simply Alt-clicking on the stopwatch, then use the Convert Expression to Keyframes keyframe assistant.

I did. But it doesn't keep my transition changes, and it just generates keyframes without motions I have added to the layer
