Hello,
I had a crash on After Effect While i launched roto brush.
This crash started when i selected an element in the video : The PC froze, both of the screens became dark and i had to force manually the extinction.
Just after reboot only one of the screen was enabled and it was impossible to launch AMD Software Adrenalin Edition. A new reboot was needed to resolve the problem but it is ramdom.
You can see my system on attached file.
All my sofwares are up to date and AMD Software is on 24.3.1 version => up to date.
Can you help me please ?

Unfortunately no, the crash does not give me the possibility to send a report. My computer freezes and I have no other option than to force shutdown. Is there another way to provide you with an error report?

Could you share the details of the footage (frame rate, frame size, format/codec) that you're working with? Your computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirement for After Effects to run correctly. It could be the reason for the issue.
We'll try to find the root cause. Here's another way to collect logs. Open After Effects and go to Help > Enable Logging. Restart After Effects and reproduce the issue. Relaunch After Effects and go to Help > Reveal Logging file. It'll open a few folders. Share the log files with us.
