Hello, I have a problem with templates (downloaded of many sites of internet; envato, motion array..etc). In all cases After effects open the template without problems, and it seems to be ok, but if I change between differents tabs of the composition window, the program crashes.

In this link one example of a file crashed by my after effects.

Can someone help me?

Hi alvarom66139296,

Sorry for the crash.

I tested the file and it seems to be working fine. Would you mind telling us the exact version of the After Effects you're using along with your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Also, do you see any crash report when it crashes?

Try resetting the preferences of After Effects and see if it brings any change: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-...

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu
