Cuando abro un proyecto se traba

Hola, qué tal? Cada vez que quiero importar un archivo o quiero abrir un proyecto, el programa se traba y se cierra. Estuve trabajando con la versión del 2021 y tuve que cambiar a la 17.7. Al principio funcionaba bien pero luego empezó a funcionar mal nuevamente. Por favor, ayuda!

You're not going to be able to open a 2021 project into an older version of After Effects if that you're trying to do.

Hola, gracias por responder! No, sucede cuando importo un archivo .ai, o .psd o del mismo After. También me pasaba cuando tenía la versión 2021 😞

Do you get any error message? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?

Could you try importing the files from a different location (preferred desktop) and see if that works?

Las especificaciones de mi computadora son: AMD 10-8700P Radeon R6, 10 compute cores 4c+6G 1.80ghz
16GB RAM. procesador x64.

A veces, me dice ''error de pluging de procesamiento''. A veces no aparece nada, sólo se cierra el programa. 

Sucede cuando importo un archivo .ai, o .psd o del mismo After. 

Voy a intentar importar desde el Escritorio.
